1 Tip - on life with your dog
Destructive dog behavior...Digging, chewing, and sniffing are normal dog behaviours. Instead of being frustrated, provide alternative outlets:
Digging: Create a dog digging zone by burying treats in a spot you choose.
Chewing: Offer cardboard boxes filled with paper and treats.
Sniffing: Scatter their meals or large treats around the garden.
Giving alternatives for your dog to practice natural behaviours boosts their well-being.
1 Idea - on the leading edge
When your dog does something you don't like try ignoring it. When your dog does anything you do like, praise and reward them. The behaviour you praise will repeat and the behaviour you ignore will decrease over time.
