1 Tip - on life with your dog
Letting your dog indulge in natural dog behaviours; sniffing, chasing, barking, chewing, digging, can really help them settle, be less impulsive and generally improve their well being.
Drop treats in the lawn for them to sniff out
Let them bark at the birds on the beach
Offer uncooked bones or squeaky toys to chew on
Set up an area in the garden where they can dig - hide smelly treats to get them interested in the area.

1 Idea - on the leading edge
The predatory sequence is a series of behaviours that dogs instinctively engage in that replicates hunting prey.
The sequence: Scent -Track -Stalk -Chase -Grab bite -Kill bite -Dissect -Consume.
Not all dogs will engage in the full sequence, some may only stalk and chase while others will chase, bite and dissect.
It is natural instinct, not aggressive behaviour.
Offering opportunity to practice these behaviours in a controlled way is an effective way to meet your dogs needs. Think Balls, tugs, treasure hunts and squeaky toys!
Do you recognise any of these behaviours in your own dog?
